Al Fresco Functions

Host your birthday, work dinner, club celebration or family catch-up in our scenic Al Fresco space — perfect for groups of 20–60.

The Al Fresco area is situated at the front of the Clubhouse, with picturesque views of the course, and some umbrellas for shade and easy accessibility.

Please note: we will endeavour to reserve 1 table per 10 guests. Any additional guests are welcome to mingle and enjoy the casual dining experience the area is designed for.

Guests are also encouraged to bring picnic mats to provide extra seating and a relaxed, social vibe.

Please indicate your preferred function time and number of adults/children (under 12) attending.

We take function enquiries for groups of 20-60 people. Bookings are for a maximum of 3 hours and can be made anytime during our kitchen operating hours.

Please note: Groups of 30+ are subject to a minimum spend of $10 per person.

Your function will be confirmed within 1-2 days of your enquiry.

FAQs

  • We are unable to guarantee indoor seating for larger groups in the event of poor weather.

  • Our al fresco space accommodates 24 - 32 seated guests, with the remainder welcome to roam.

    Picnic blankets are allowed.

  • To help us tailor your event perfectly, please include:

    1. Number of guests, adults and children under 12 should be listed separately.

    2. Any special requests or dietary requirements.

  • Our friendly admin team are here to help you plan a memorable event.

    Please note: The office is not staffed daily, our hours can be found on our Contact Us page. Outside our office hours, feel free to leave a note with the bar staff and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 days.

  • We offer a $10 per head minimum spend (only for groups 30+), no pre-order is needed, just speak to our Wharf St team on the day.

    We recommend snacks and sides (designed for sharing, with dietary options available), though the full menu is also on offer.

    If you're bringing a cake, a cakeage fee of $2.50 per person applies, which covers plates, spoons, and a cutting knife. Please note we do not supply candles.

  • You're welcome to decorate, but please note the following:

    • Balloons or items that may obstruct other guests or damage property are not permitted.

    • Glitter and confetti are not permitted.

    • All rubbish and discarded items must be disposed of by the event host.

  • Function bookings are only available for the Al Fresco area. We do not currently accept bookings for inside the Clubhouse or the balcony area.
