Al Fresco Functions

The Al Fresco area is situated at the front of the Clubhouse, with picturesque views of the course, and some umbrellas for shade and easy accessibility.

For larger events, part of the Al Fresco area can be sectioned off on the day to ensure exclusivity for your attendees.

Please note: the reserved tables can accommodate 24–32 seated guests, depending on your booking size. Any additional guests are welcome to mingle and enjoy the casual dining experience the area is designed for.

Guests are also encouraged to bring picnic mats to provide extra seating and a relaxed, social vibe.

  • We are unable to guarantee indoor seating for larger groups in the event of poor weather.

  • 20-40 people = 2-3 picnic tables

    40-60 people = 3-4 picnic tables

  • To help us tailor your event perfectly, please include:

    1.     Number of guests, adults and children under 12 should be listed separately.

    3.     Any special requests or dietary requirements.

  • ‍ ‍Our friendly admin team is here to help you plan a memorable event.

    Outside office hours, feel free to leave a note at the bar and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 days.

  • Our restaurant offers canape platters designed to serve up to 10 guests each, and grazing tables perfect for groups of 50 or above.

    • Choose from a range of hot, cold, or substantial menu items.

    • Leave a lasting impression on your guests with our grazing tables (50+)

    For pricing and menu items, our staff will provide a catering menu in response to your inquiry.

  • Pre-ordered restaurant catering is a requirement for groups of 30 and above. Choose from a selection of platters designed to suit larger gatherings.

    • Minimum spend: $36 per adult

    • Children are not included in the minimum spend

    • Bar tabs are not included in the minimum spend

  • Absolutely! Table decorations are welcome.

    Please note:

    • Balloons and items that may obstruct other guests or damage property are not permitted

    • All discarded items/rubbish must be disposed of by the event host.

    • Glitter or confetti is not permitted.

We take function enquiries for groups of 20-60 people. Bookings are for a maximum of 3 hours and can be made anytime during our kitchen operating hours.

Function enquiries will be confirmed within 1-2 days.
